Stingray

Stingrays are IMSI catchers, known in layman's terms as cellular tower simulators. The name comes from a line of IMSI Catchers made for law enforcement and the military by the Harris Corporation, stylized as “StingRay”, but now Stingray itself has become a slang term for IMSI catchers in general.
