The 2024 Million Mask March

Remember remember the 5th of November…

In this Year of our Lord Twenty Twenty-Four on Tuesday, November 5th is when Anonymous will be holding its 13th annual Million Mask March.

After many years of lackluster participation, Fate has bestowed us with a golden opportunity to restore the march to its former glory, as this year it is shared with Election Day. Being one of the most controversial election seasons in history, there is no reason that we should not be able to capitalize on this drama and fill the streets as our ancestors once did. Anonymous astrologers have also pointed out that this day is also shared with the Taurids Meteor Shower, which they assure us is an omen of good luck.

This year, Anonymous is expressing its dissatisfaction with the current thing, and invites anyone who wants to protest the current things that are bothering them.

Many things are bothering Anons this year - almost too many to list, in fact. We have tried in recent years to organize marches based on specific things, but these things have limited mass appeal. So this year we are protesting, well, whatever you goddamn feel like protesting.

Are you mad that Bain Capital replaced Bob from Bob's Discount Furniture? Come on down!

• Are you disgusted by FEMA's inadequate response to Hurricane Helene? Come on down!
• Are you mad at Wall Street and its lawless bankers? Come on down!
• Are you tired of police brutality? Come on down!
• Are you fed up with censorship, mass-surveillance and the erosion of privacy? Come on down!
• Do either of the candidates for president bother you? Come on down!
• Do you have a bone to pick with the Church of Scientology or the State of California? Come on down!
• Have you recently lost your job, or been evicted from your home? Come on down!
• Can't afford groceries or medication? Come on down!
• Does light pollution block your view of the night sky? Come on down!
• Is your HOA bothering you? Come on down!
• Are you secessionist or accelerationist? Come on down!
• Are you anti-secessionist or anti-accelerationist? Come on down!
• Do you want to see Hank Williams reinstated to the Grand Ole Opry? Come on down!
• Are you mad that Anonymous is being used as a vehicle for illegal regime-change operations? Or maybe you hate Anonymous itself and wish to see it shut down forever? Come on down!

We don't really care why you join us - we just want you to join us so we can make a gigantic fucking shitshow, party all night, and troll the news media. The Million Mask March this year is whatever your city decides to make of it. If you are down for these types of shenanigans, come on down!

Decentralized AnonOps cells are already organizing marches in multiple cities, starting at the following rally points. These locations were determined after exhaustive review, based on their strategic value and field data from prior successful operations.

If you do not see a location local to you below, consider organizing one yourself! If your team is organizing a march that is not yet on this list, please send all relevant details to the Anonymous Foreign Affairs Desk.

Bring your Guy Fawkes Mask, signs, megaphones, air horns, and other such things to the aforementioned rally points. Other Anons will be waiting for you in the vicinity.

March routes will be announced on-location at the rally points! This is to impede Agent Provocateurs from being able to sabotage our marches. Each local team will have its own policies regarding this. Just show up at the announced time, and look for other people with signs, Guy Fawkes masks, and identifying morale patches.

If you're late, keep an eye on social media. Relevant hashtags will be collated on this page in the days leading up to the event, so that you can join the march mid-route if necessary.

Furthermore, watch the Foreign Affairs Desk, as they will be posting links to various livestreams as they turn up.

Bring hydration and snacks to last you all night, or cash to procure such things from local vendors. If you can swing it, bring extra water and snacks for your comrades. If you smoke, pack plenty of cigarettes, weed and/or blunt wraps, as they will go a long way towards making friends (be careful here if public consumption is not legal in your area). Depending on the city, some of these marches may go on deep into the night, so prepare for a party.

Two-Way Radios are not a bad idea to avoid dragnets, since the cell towers may get cut or a Stingray might be rolled out. FRS/GMRS Channel 7 (462.7125 MHz) is the designated calling channel. There should also be at least one police scanner operator in every city where police comms are not encrypted.

You are also encouraged to reach out to other groups on behalf of Anonymous to invite them to these marches, and to create new fliers yourself.
