There is generally no low that a Bunny Boiler will not stoop to, in order to get their revenge.

A bunny boiler is a slang term for a person who acts in a vengeful way towards an ex-partner/lover, or someone who rejected their romantic advances. This behavior may also be directed towards the victim's new love interest, their family or friends, professional connections, and other people in that person's life.

The term comes from the 1987 film Fatal Attraction, where a scorned woman seeking revenge on her former lover, places his family’s beloved pet rabbit in a pot of boiling water when he is away from the house.
