+  * **Desire:** Tell them there will be lulz involved and victory is practically at hands.

+Generally speaking we read from top to bottom, and from left to right. Now get your attraction-part somewhere in the top, big and shiny like gold. You can then use stuff like lines and text to get them first to the informational text and finally to the thing you want them to remember- a logo and instructions for taking actions would be good. Now loop it. Get back to the top with some trick. This will cause them to look longer at the propaganda (this is proven advertising-science, don't doubt!).
